Booking data: name, email, phone, chosen service, stylist, date and time. Payment data: handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card. Technical data: IP for security only. Local storage: booking progress and discount-code flag.

To provide and confirm your booking, take payment and contact you about your appointment (contract). To secure the service against abuse (legitimate interest). Marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time.

Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Cloudflare (backend + Web Analytics, cookieless), FulgerHost (hosting). We never sell your data. Some processors may be outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Only as long as needed. Payment records may be retained by Stripe / for Danish accounting law (up to 5 years). Discount codes expire automatically. You can request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention).

Appointments are booked online by selecting stylist, date, time and services. A slot is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. One appointment per slot per stylist.

Prices are dynamic based on hair length and how early you book. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Discount codes are verified on our server.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored by us. Your card is verified and saved at booking — you are not charged then. We charge the price shown at checkout automatically about 12 hours before your appointment, and by booking you authorise that charge. Bookings fully covered by a valid voucher require no payment.

Free cancellation: use the button in your confirmation email at least 12 hours before your appointment — you are not charged.

Late cancellation or no-show: if you cancel later than 12 hours before, or do not turn up, the full price is charged automatically to your saved card.

Late arrival: your stylist reserves the full time your service needs. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late there may not be enough time to do the service properly — we may have to decline the appointment and the full price is still charged. If the schedule allows, we will of course still do our best to see you.

Our punctuality — fair both ways. We hold ourselves to the same standard. Your time starts when your stylist signals you to the chair. If we keep you waiting past that point, you receive a discount code for your next visit — 5% from 5 minutes, 10% from 10 minutes.

Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

Codes are personal, may be single-use, and have expiry. Not exchangeable for cash. Withdrawable in case of abuse.

Results depend on hair condition and expectations discussed on-site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

These terms are governed by Danish law and Danish courts.
