These terms govern bookings made through blacksilva.dk with Black Silva Hairdresser, Badstuestræde 16, Copenhagen. By booking an appointment you agree to them.
Appointments are booked online by selecting your stylist, date, time and services. A time slot is confirmed once your booking is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Each stylist can only take one appointment per time slot.
Prices are dynamic: the amount depends on your hair length and how early you book. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Discount codes, where valid, are applied automatically and are verified on our server.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Some bookings may be fully covered by a valid voucher, in which case no payment is required.
Discount codes are personal, may be single-use, and have an expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
We aim to deliver a professional service tailored to what you want. Results depend on hair condition and realistic expectations discussed during your visit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
