Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made through blacksilva.dk with Black Silva Hairdresser, Badstuestræde 16, Copenhagen. By booking an appointment you agree to them.

1. Booking

Appointments are booked online by selecting your stylist, date, time and services. A time slot is confirmed once your booking is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Each stylist can only take one appointment per time slot.

2. Pricing

Prices are dynamic: the amount depends on your hair length and how early you book. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Discount codes, where valid, are applied automatically and are verified on our server. Special offers (Super Sunday and Flash Deal) follow the rules in section 6.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

When you book, your card is verified and securely saved by Stripe. You are not charged at the time of booking. We charge the price shown at checkout automatically, about 12 hours before your appointment. By completing a booking you authorise that charge.

Some bookings may be fully covered by a valid voucher, in which case no payment is required.

4. Cancellation, no-show and late arrival

• Free cancellation. Cancel online with the "Cancel appointment" button in your confirmation email, at least 12 hours before your appointment. You are not charged.
• Late cancellation. Online cancellation closes 12 hours before your appointment. If you cancel after that point, or do not cancel at all, the full price is charged automatically to your saved card.
• No-show. If you do not turn up for your appointment, the full price is charged.
• Late arrival. Your stylist reserves the full time your service needs. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there may no longer be enough time to carry out the service properly. In that case we may have to decline the appointment and the full price is still charged. If our schedule allows it, we will of course still do our best to see you.
• Our punctuality — fair both ways. We hold ourselves to the same standard. Your time starts when your stylist signals you to the chair. If we keep you waiting past that point, you receive a discount code for your next visit, based on how long you waited: 5% from 5 minutes and 10% from 10 minutes. It applies to your next booking.
• Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

5. Vouchers & discount codes

Discount codes are personal, may be single-use, and have an expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.

Discount codes do not work while a Super Sunday or Flash Deal is running, and they can never be combined with an offer price (see section 6). Outside offers, codes work Wednesday to Friday only.

6. Super Sunday & Flash Deal

Super Sunday runs every Sunday from 17:00 to 23:59 (Copenhagen time). A Flash Deal is started by us without notice on a day of our choosing. It runs only on that day until 23:59 and applies only to appointments on that same day. While an offer is live it is shown on the website.

• 5 spots, price by booking order. Each offer has 5 spots. The first booking pays 300 kr, the second 325 kr, the third 350 kr, the fourth 375 kr and the fifth 400 kr. The order is decided by our booking server at the moment you confirm. If someone confirms just before you, your price is the next step and you are asked to confirm again.
• Never above the normal price. The offer price is never higher than that day’s normal price. If the next step is not cheaper than the normal price, the normal price applies and no offer spot is used.
• Which appointments. Super Sunday applies to appointments on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; Saturday and Sunday appointments keep their normal price. A Flash Deal applies only to appointments on the day it runs; all other days keep their normal price.
• Short hair only. The offer is not valid for long hair (hair that falls past the jawline). Choose your hair length correctly when you book.
• No codes while an offer runs. While Super Sunday or a Flash Deal is live, discount codes, vouchers and reward codes do not work at all — you book at the offer price. Codes work again once the offer has ended. The only exception is a prepaid VIP Pass, which is already paid for and can always be used; it replaces the offer price instead of being added to it.
• One per person. One offer booking per person for each Super Sunday or Flash Deal.
• Finish the card step in time. You have about 30 minutes to complete the secure card step. If it is not completed, the spot is released to the next client.
• No refunds for wrong hair length or late arrival. If you booked as short hair but your hair is long, or if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, the amount is not refunded.
• If we have to cancel. If your stylist falls ill or we have to cancel your appointment, the amount you paid can be claimed as a voucher of the same value for your next haircut. Contact us on Instagram or by email to claim it.
• The cancellation rules in section 4 also apply to offer bookings. A cancelled offer booking does not return its spot to the offer.
• We may end or change an offer at any time. Bookings already confirmed keep their price.

7. Conduct & liability

We aim to deliver a professional service tailored to what you want. Results depend on hair condition and realistic expectations discussed during your visit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
